Payments and renewals
WeChat Pay, Alipay and card payments
Purchases use WeChat Pay / Alipay when you select Chinese or your IP is detected in mainland China. Other purchases continue through Stripe.
Pricing is listed in USD. WeChat Pay / Alipay converts at USD 1 = CNY 7, including any active campaign discount. Review the final CNY amount on the confirmation page, then choose WeChat Pay or Alipay at the XorPay checkout.
Memberships
WeChat Pay / Alipay memberships are prepaid and do not renew automatically. Monthly purchases last one month; annual purchases last one year. Credits become available each monthly purchase anniversary and are issued when you next use your account that month; missed months do not accrue. Credits expire according to the plan rules. Renew manually once your current membership expires.
If you have an active Stripe subscription, manage it before purchasing another membership. Existing Stripe subscriptions retain their automatic renewal and management rules.
Credit packs and confirmation
Credit packs are one-time purchases. The confirmation page shows the number of credits and their validity.
Complete payment using the checkout QR code. Credits and membership access are granted only after payment confirmation. Avoid paying twice while confirmation is pending. If you were charged but have not received your purchase, contact support with your order number.
